It all began in 2014 when a property maintenance company was founded by a dedicated duo, Mark and Emily. Recognising an untapped market for top-notch loft storage solutions, they saw an abundance of average companies offering budget-friendly loft boarding but lacking in genuine concern for enhancing home energy efficiency and ensuring secure storage platforms.
Disappointed with the subpar workmanship and quality of some companies, Mark and Emily identified an opportunity to establish a business that could meet the modern demands of high-quality, energy-efficient solutions that customers expect. Thus, they ventured into the loft boarding business.
Starting modestly, they ran their operations from a small back bedroom. Today, their company thrives, having expanded to occupy a spacious 6000ft² office and warehouse just outside London. Employing a team of over 10 individuals, they now install more than 100 loft storage solutions annually. The company's success continues to grow, and they have extended their services to cover a wide area of the UK.
